iQ Delivery & Shipping Information

 
At iQliving our delivery and shipping is fast, convenient and affordable. We don’t build the price of shipping into the price of the product. Our charges are meant to cover the costs associated with bringing the product to you safely and undamaged and they’re always listed separate so you know exactly what you’re paying for. The quality of our service is the best you’ll find anywhere.
 
DELIVERY INFORMATION
At iQliving we have a full-time driver on staff. The driver is trained in customer service and more importantly to be respectful of your property. We pride ourselves in offering you not only the best service but the best hospitable service possible. For items that are delivered to your home, most pieces will be brought to the room of your choice and where applicable packing materials will be taken away. Should you choose for larger pieces, we can also assemble and inspect for an additional charge.

iQliving offers FREE* delivery to customers in our neighbourhood. It’s our way of saying thank-you for shopping at our store. These limits are from Broadview to Donlands to O’Connor to Eastern. All in-stock items will be delivered to your door within 7 days. And so you don’t have to wait all day, a convenient delivery date will be set at time of purchase and we schedule a convenient delivery time to fall within a half-hour window. A delivery questionnaire is filled out at end of service to ensure your complete satisfaction.

*Minimum purchase of $250 required, larger 2 person items and assembly require a surcharge.

Out of area delivery rates are posted in-store. Rates differ depending on area and one or two person jobs. Please consult an Associate at time of purchase for exact rate.
 
STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
All products can be shipped. We offer shipping via Canada Post UPS STANDARD within 5 business days from receipt of order. You can choose an even faster shipping service level however additional fees may apply. Cross border shipments can be delayed pending customs clearance. Oversized items will require an additional surcharge of $25 per item. These items will be notated and the additional shipping charge will be itemized. Rates given are for shipping merchandise within North America. There are two different shipping rates. Merchandise that is small in size and not very heavy is considered “Mail Items”. Merchandise that is fragile, oversized and bulky is considered "Couriered Items". Our rates are as follows...

RUSH SHIPPING INFORMATION

For an extra charge we can arrange for rush shipping. Should this service be required add $25** per item and $40** for oversized items in addition to the standard shipping rates above.

We regret we cannot ship to foreign countries at this time; however we would be more than happy to get your purchase ready for you to make your own arrangements.

DAMAGED SHIPPED ITEMS

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.
  • Customers must keep all original packaging in order to claim for damages.
  • Damaged items will be picked up and exchanged at no additional to customers.
