iQliving offers a variety of delivery options to meet your needs. These include free in-store pickup, Mile1 local delivery for Toronto residents and standard shipping across Canada. We also offer ground shipping to the United States.

Canada Shipping Information

  • We offer free shipping in Ontario on orders over $99 and Canada over $125 (before tax).
  • *Free shipping excludes purchases including sale items, food and electrics/appliances. Some other exceptions may apply, being indicated on specific product pages.
  • Delivery times are estimated to be 3-5 business days.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped first thing the next business day.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
  • We may not be able to ship some oversized or fragile orders and reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Shipped orders may be switched without notice to Mile1 delivery for Toronto residents.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping charges for unclaimed, refused or returned items. See Returns & Exchange Policy page for more details.

 

United States Shipping Information

  • We ship across the United States using ground options.
  • Delivery times are estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.
  • We do not offer free shipping to the United States.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
  • We may not be able to ship some oversized or fragile orders and reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Duties, taxes, customs or border charges are responsible of buyer.

 

In-Store Pick Up

iQliving offers free in-store pick up on any order.

Any order placed online for in-store pick up before 4pm is guaranteed to be ready for pick up by store closing that same day.

Orders placed after store hours are typically ready for pick up by around 12pm the next day.

  • Picking Up Your Order: After we fulfill your order, we will send you an email letting you know it's ready to be picked up. You can come to the store and pick it up anytime during store hours. We ask that you have your order number on hand so we can quickly retrieve your order for you.
  • Valid ID & Holding Orders: We may ask to see valid identification when you pick up an order. We will hold orders for up to 30 days after the day of original purchase.
  • Delinquent Orders: If the order has not been picked up within 30 days, we will contact you with a final notice to pick up the order. If arrangements cannot be made to pick up the order within a reasonable time frame, we will restock all the items from the order at 100% cost and no refund will be issued.

 

Mile1 Same-Day / Pick-Your-Day Delivery

Mile1 Same Day Delivery

 

We know you have a busy schedule and Mile1 offers you total control of when you receive your order. After your purchase, you'll receive an email from Mile1 to choose the day and one hour window to have your order delivered.

We offer free Mile1 shipping on regular priced orders of $99 or more within the Toronto shipping zone and just $13 for orders under $99.

Steps:

  1. Place your order with iQliving, choosing Mile1 as your shipping method.
  2. After we fulfill your order, you will receive an email from Mile1 (check your spam!).
  3. In the email, choose a day and one hour time slot for delivery.

Important Delivery Information:

  • If you don't see Mile1 as a delivery option, it means you are not in the Mile1 Toronto delivery zone.
  • You can schedule a delivery up to 4 days in advance.
  • Your Mile1 driver will send you a delivery reminder via text or email 20 to 30 minutes before arriving.
  • For same day delivery, it is best to place the order as early in the day as possible.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific day or time block is available when you place your order. Please contact the store for time sensitive purchases. 
  • Please contact the store for special deliveries just outside of Toronto.

 

  

New Member Discount

The New Member 10% discount is valid on regular priced items only. This discount excludes sales, food and electrics/appliances. Some exclusions apply (eg. low margin items, promo items).

The discount is one time use per customer. That means existing customers can still use it if they haven't done so already. Just use code 'NewMember' at checkout!

Discount cannot be combined with other discounts. iQliving does not retroactively apply the New Member discount to first time orders.

Shipping Costs Calculated

iQliving offers flat shipping rates based on order total and the shipping location. Please see the charts above for your shipping rates.

 

Tracking Your Order

After we fulfill your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

 

Items Returned to Sender

In the event that an order is returned to iQliving  as undeliverable due to addressing errors, refused at the point of delivery or not picked up from their post office location within the requisite amount of time, we will make three attempts to contact the purchaser. If the purchaser does not respond within 5 business days following the receipt of the returned item, iQliving reserves the right to begin the refund process.

For any items that are undeliverable or Returned to Sender due to addressing errors, or packages that are Returned to Sender because they are refused at point of delivery or not picked up from their post office location within fifteen business days, we will provide a refund less shipping fees. All shipping fees (including any additional return shipping fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. A restocking fee may also be charged, at the discretion of iQliving.

Some orders may be re-shipped, at iQliving’s discretion. All returned orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Before calling to report your package missing, registered users should check their order status.. If there hasn't been an attempted delivery and you are unable to track your package online, please let us know. We will contact the appropriate postal service on your behalf to locate your package.

Until a missing package has been returned to iQliving or declared officially lost by the postal service, we are unable to re-ship or refund the order. If you cannot wait for the investigation to be completed, you have the option to place a second order (paid in full). When the missing package investigation is complete, you may return the first order (if it is delivered), or we will provide a refund (if it is declared lost).

Found Orders: Will be delivered to you immediately and the investigation will be closed. No further action is required.

Undeliverable Orders (Shipping, Labeling or Other iQliving Errors): Will be returned to iQliving and we will re-ship it to you at no cost.

Undeliverable Orders (Address, Postal Code or Other Customer Errors): Will be returned to iQliving. We will provide a refund for the order less shipping costs (see Items Returned to Sender, above).

Orders Declared Lost or Stolen: On a case by case basis, we will refund or replace the order at no additional cost.

 

Taxes & Brokerage

As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.

Some orders shipping to the United States may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
