At iQliving we are proud of our collections and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase with receipt and exchange or store credit up to 30 days of purchase with receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition it was purchased in including all packaging. Merchandise being returned not accompanied with a receipt but in original condition and packaging can be exchanged or a store credit can be issued. We regret that furniture, special orders, sale and seasonal items are a final sale.

IN-STORE RETURNS

In-store returns at iQliving are easy. We will require your name and phone number to process return and then will follow your instruction as to what action to be taken, such as refund (if within 7 days) or exchange/replacement.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you purchased something online and wish to return it for whatever reason, simply fill out our Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your purchase or come into the store. We allow for shipping time allowance and therefore we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase and exchange or store credit up to 30 days of online purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the goods once received. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you; we regret shipping charges are non-refundable.
