With so many details to take care of, you’ll appreciate having a gift registry that’s simple to setup and easy to maintain.
EASY SETUP
You can register in-store or online. If you choose to register online please follow the instructions below. Should you prefer a more personalized service with one of our trained Associates, please email us at customercare@iQliving.com and a representative will contact you within 24hrs or for even faster customer service call our store at 800-716-9681 and we will book an appointment that’s convenient for you.
Online Registering Procedure:
- Browse our wonderful product lines, click on add to wish list.
- Email our store at customercare@iQliving.com.
- A trained associate will call you within 24hrs to finalize setup of your registry.
In-Store Registering Procedure:
- Call to make an appointment but please feel free to just drop in.
- A trained Associate will take some details.
- Walk through our 3,500sqft store and browse our wonderful product lines.
- Click them with our hand held scanning device.
- Your items will then be uploaded to our computer.
Whether online or in-store what can be simpler?
SAVINGS FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS
Once your registry is created, your guests will be able to purchase all items on your registry at a 10% savings. After your event and as our thank-you, you can enjoy a 15% completion discount savings off any or all items remaining on your registry when you purchase them in a single transaction.
QUICK MONITORING OR UPDATES
Monitoring your registry periodically, will ensure guests have plenty of choices available in a variety of price ranges. Monitoring and making changes to your registry is simple. Email us at customercare@iQliving.com or for even faster service call us at 800-716-9681 to speak to one of our Associates and your registry will be updated within minutes on our computer data base. Should you choose, we also can email or contact you with updates.
COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRY ANNOUNCEMENT
We can provide complimentary registry announcement cards that can be included in your invitation to let guests know that you’re registered at iQliving. If you would like, we can also notify your friends and family of your registry via email.
CONVENIENT PICKUP AND SHIPPING
Our pickup or delivery service is simply the best. You have the option of having your gifts remain in the store for one convenient pick-up time or we offer shipping via UPS STANDARD within 5 business days from receipt of order. You and your guest can choose an even faster shipping service level however additional fees may apply. Of course whatever you choose, you can revise the information at any time.
THANK-YOU NOTE DETAILS
We will have a list with the names and addresses of all the guests that have purchased from your gift list and what they purchased. This will make it easy for you to send out thank-you notes.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange one of your gifts, you can bring it to our store. Our associate will be happy to issue a merchandise credit or help you choose an alternative. Purchases may be returned via mail or UPS please refer to our
“online returns procedure”.
SEASONAL ITEMS
As iQliving is always introducing new and exciting seasonal collections please take into consideration that some of these items may not be available for purchase in a few months. Should you choose, we can email or contact you with seasonal merchandise updates.
GROUP GIFTING & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Registering for larger items, such as furniture, gives your guests an opportunity to collectively purchase a gift for you. If you add gift certificates to your registry, friends and family can purchase them in amount. You may apply gift certificates toward your larger purchases or anything of your desire.
REGISTRY DURATION
Your registry starts well before your event and remains active for a full year after the special day unless otherwise directed. Please remember frequent monitoring and updating ensures guest have plenty to choose from in various price ranges. Also be sure to take advantage of your 15% completion discount!
If there’s anything that we’ve missed be sure to let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate your special needs.
GIFT WRAPPING AND SPECIAL CARDS
We offer a selection of wrapping paper and cards that may be purchased. Tell us which items you’d like gift wrapped and we will do the work for you free of charge.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Not sure what to give, a gift certificate ensures they get exactly what they want. Gift certificates come in any denomination and can be redeemed in-store or online. A gift certificate will be mailed out with your special message at no charge via regular post. Please allow 3-5 days within Canada and 7-10 days for USA customers. If you wish to send the gift certificate via Rush Delivery please add $6.50* surcharge.
