Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Square Grill Skillet

This enameled cast iron skillet from Le Creuset is designed for optimal heat distribution, giving you evenly cooked food every time.

The pan promotes the fast heating found in cast iron but offers more convenience as you never have to season it like you would raw cast iron. Plus, the enamel coating is much easier to clean and maintain.

The skillet includes spouts on either side for drip-free pouring, as well as a long and short handle for easy carrying. This skillet's enamel coating also means it is non-stick and requires very little oil when cooking. For better grilling the pan has ribs to leave grills marks.
