Made in the USA of durable 18/10 stainless steel and featuring a copper core, the All-Clad Copper Core Sauce Pan is safe for use on all cook tops, including gas, induction, ceramic and electric. The All-Clad Copper Core Sauce Pan is oven safe for up to 450F, broiling, and freezer and dishwasher safe (although hand washing is recommended).
