Microplane Butter Blade

For a versatile baking and cooking tool, the Microplane Butter Blade has been engineered to shape, cut and spread butter easily. The topside of the Microplane Butter Blade can slice through butter and its paper wrapping with its printed measuresments for accurate cooking and baking. The bottom side of the Microplane Butter Blade has rows of small holes to shape strands of butter that will spread easily on toast, baked goods and more. The Microplane Butter Blade's rounded top cuts curls.
