The Ooni Grizzler is a versatile pan that's dual-sided for maximum function. One side is a sizzler to be used for frying fajitas, eggs or even bacon, while the other side is a griddle that's excellent for grilling steaks, fish, vegetables and other meats. The plate features two long removable handles that makes shifting it around in your oven that much easier.

While this grill plate is compatible with any 12" or 16" Ooni oven, it can also be used on regular barbecues and ovens.
