Scanpan Maitre D' Copper Induction Fry Pan

This induction-safe fry pan is made of heavy gauge stainless steel and features a purely aesthetic polished copper exterior. The aluminum core and stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and precise temperature control.  

The Maitre D also features a stainless steel handle that is connected to the pan with stainless steel rivets, keeping the handle cool on the stove. This piece can also be placed into an oven or broiler up to 500° F for searing purposes.

All Maitre D cookware is backed by a 10 year Scanpan warranty against all manufacturing defects.
