Starfrit Pump & Slice Mandoline

This innovative Starfrit mandoline uses a high efficiency spring pump and vertical mechanism to effortlessly slice, julienne and dice fruits and vegetables. It's a safer alternative to traditional ones as well, as the blades are always covered and away from your hands.

Just use the chute and food pusher to feed potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, apples and other foods down into the blades while pumping. Slice thickness can adjust from 0.5mm to 8mm.
