When it comes to shipping, we reuse many of the materials that go into the process, including bubble and plastic wrap, scrap paper, and even the occasional box.
Every package we send to customers is shut tight using plastic free tape, with our preference being recycled paper packing tape (which is just as strong!).
In our community we have sponsored teams in the Withrow Park Ball Hockey League and have organized tea towel art contests. We regularly give charitable support to schools and organizations.
We regularly give support to local schools and organizations, including 1% of our Back To School profits in the form of donations. We have also raised money for the Native Women's Resource Centre of Toronto and Bee Local 416.
On warm days in the summer, you might even find us giving out lemonade to anyone walking by our store!
