The Breadtopia Baker's Couche is a professional grade support for proofing bread dough right at home!

This baker's couche is made of natural flax linen and is especially great for assisting in the creation and proofing of baguettes. The linen is untreated and unbleached to ensure its premium quality. All edges even have finished seams to prevent fraying.

An added bonus of using a baker's couche is that the material will wick away some of the dough's outer moisture to help the dough develop a crisp crust skin.
