Scanpan Maitre D' Copper Induction Dutch Oven 3.5L

This induction-safe Dutch oven is made of heavy gauge stainless steel and features a purely aesthetic polished copper exterior. The aluminum core and stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and precise temperature control.  

The Maitre D also features a stainless two steel handles attached using stainless steel rivets, keeping the handles cool on the stove. This piece can also be placed into an oven or broiler up to 500° F for searing purposes.

All Maitre D cookware is backed by a 10 year Scanpan warranty against all manufacturing defects.
