Outset Digital Wireless Thermometer Probe

This Outset thermometer comes with two probes and a wireless digital reader. One probe can be used for traditional smoking or roasting, while the other works with preset barbecue temperatures for eight different types of meat.

To use, simply insert the appropriate probe into your food or cooking device with the transmitter box away from the heat. Your digital monitor will accurately read the temperatures up to nearly 200ft away.
