The mandoline is equipped with three interchangeable Japanese stainless steel blades: Fine Julienne Blade (1mm), Medium Julienne Blade (2mm), and Coarse Julienne Blade (3–6mm). The integrated straight slicing blade has an adjustable thickness from 0.5mm (paper-thin) to 5mm, accommodating a wide range of culinary needs.
