If you love to can your produce or your culinary creations, you need all the right tools for the canning procedure. When you're canning, you need to be able to keep the jars from hitting each other inside the canner. You also need a way to remove your cans from the water. With the Norpro Wire Canning Rack, you can keep the jars spaced evenly from each other so that they won't touch each other, and they don't touch the canner. It also allows the water to continue to circulate around all of them. And when you're finished, you can raise the jars from the canner easily. The rack will hold seven jars.
