This large, heavy duty cotton cloth from Regency acts as a rolling pin cover to create a non-stick surface.
Flour goes in to cloth and not into dough so pie crust, pizza crust, cookies and quiche crust come out light and flakey.
The cloth has sewn edges to prevent fraying. Rub generous amount of flour into cloth and cover for smooth non-stick rolling surface.
