Gourmet du Village Roasted Vegetables Seasoning

Take the guesswork out of side dishes with our blend of dehydrated herbs, vegetables, and just enough salt and garlic. Perfectly flavor a beautiful, seasonal array of vegetables to serve alongside any roast. 

All you need:

- Roasted Vegetable Seasoning (included)
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 2 large parsnip, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 10 baby potatoes, cut in half
- 1 small red onion, diced into small chunks
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil

All you do:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add the vegetables to a large bowl, add the olive oil and Roasted Vegetable Seasoning, toss until evenly coated. Place onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway, until vegetables are tender to your liking.
