Caron & Doucet Cast Iron Oil

From Caron & Doucet, this 100% plant-based cast iron seasoning and cleaning oil is formulated to build and maintain the best non-stick seasoning on your cast iron skillets, pans, woks and grills.  

This oil's formula is enhanced with a proprietary blend of pure essential oils with coconut oil base that help to naturally eliminate odor causing bacteria, without transferring onto food. Makes cleaning easier by creating a finish that prevents food from drying and getting stuck onto the surface.

Usage

Pour two tablespoons of cast iron oil onto the cookware and use a microfiber cloth to work the oil into the cast iron. Let sit, and dry for 30 minutes.

For cast iron cleaning (to clear basic stuck on food), use Cast Iron Soap.  

For cast iron that has rust damage, use Cast Iron Salt Scrub.
