Featuring a juice canal along the perimeter to keep your counter clean when slicing roasts, fruits, or vegetables. Naturally antibacterial maple wood can be easily maintained with mineral oil to prevent the board from drying out. Easy to clean, just wash with warm water and soap and dry immediately. Do NOT put in the dishwasher.
