Important Online Gift Card Notes
- The online gift card is a code containing several numbers and letters (nothing physical).
- Online gift cards can ONLY be redeemed via online purchases. They cannot be used in-store. If you would like to redeem the card in-store, please contact us to make arrangements.
- Online gift cards are delivered by email to the buyer after the order has been processed during store business hours. The email entered at checkout is the email that will receive the gift card. If you buy it after store operating hours, expect to receive it early the next day when we open!
- If you're buying it as a gift, we recommend forwarding that email containing the gift card code to the recipient. An alternative is printing off the gift card if you like gifting a physical copy.

Free shipping over $125, and $9+ for orders below $125.
Orders placed before 5pm are guaranteed delivery the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day.
UPS - Ontario
Free shipping above $125, and $20 for orders below $125.
UPS - Rest Of Canada
Free shipping above $150, and $30 for orders below $150.

All items must be returned in "as new" unopened condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, complete with all packaging materials. All refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and return approval by an iQliving team member.
Customers can return items to the store in person or by mail. iQliving does not pay for return labels, but we can provide you with one - please call or email us.
