Each style of grater in this series features surgical grade stainless steel blades that create razor sharp cuts. The graters come with reusable covers, have soft-grip ergonomic handles and have a non-slip base for added stability and safety. These are high performance and durable kitchen graters.
Ribbon: Pull food back and forth across the blade to create ribbons. Good for hard and soft cheese, apples, coconut, butter, carrots, cabbage, chocolate and more.
Coarse: Creates small gratings. Good for hard cheese, carrots, chocolate and coconut.
Extra Coarse: Creates big shreds like chunks of soft cheese cheddar; use it to make coleslaw or hashbrowns. Good for hard and soft cheese, apple, cabbage, carrots, coconut and chocolate.
Ultra Coarse: Creates very large shreds; use it to make slaws, cauliflower rice and hashbrowns. Good for hard and soft cheese, potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, apple, pumpkin and carrots.
