A classic revisited, our Sour Mix makes a perfect whiskey or amaretto sour. Sometimes called sweet & sour mix, our blend adds the citrus contrast of lemons and limes, along with a touch of sweetness to many cocktails and liqueurs. Simply mix with ice, water, and any preferred alcohol, then shake and serve.
FOR A SINGLE SERVING
In a cocktail shaker, add ½ cup (125 ml) of cold water and 4 tsp (17.5 g) of the Sour Mix. Shake well until the mix has fully dissolved. Then add 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of Whisky or Amaretto, top with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
