Open For Curbside Pickup

  1. We are OPEN for curbside pickup from 10am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. To place an order for curbside pick up, follow standard checkout procedures online. The first step is to enter your shipping information (address, contact information, etc). On the next page is shipping options. Here you can select In-Store Pick Up.
  2. We are processing your orders FAST - We guarantee either the same day or next day fully processed orders, depending on the time you placed your order.
  3. All orders placed by 3pm will be ready for same day pickup. Any order placed after 3pm will be ready for the next day.

     

    Open For Delivery - Your Options

    1. Mile1 (a Toronto exclusive service similar to food delivery services) will deliver your order to you faster than Canada Post will. You even get to choose what day and time you receive your order! Mile1 isFREE over $100 and just $10 for anything under - What a deal! See ourShipping Policy page for more details.
    2. All Canada Post orders made before 11am will go out the same day. Please note that Canada Post is experiencing delays because of an increase in deliveries during the holiday season.
    3. If an order is placed with Canada Post but the shipping address is within the Mile1 delivery zone, we may switch the delivery method to Mile1 if the order contains large or fragile items.

     

    Services - Gift Wrapping & Knife Sharpening

    1. Gift wrapping is available. Please indicate if you would like your order to be gift wrapped in thenotes box during the checkout process. Make sure to include if the wrapping is meant to be holiday themed or general/birthday.
    2. Knife sharpening is available. You can drop off knives to us at our front door/curbside. We will charge for the service at drop-off.

     

    Earn Points & Loyalty Program

    1. If you're a member to our in-store iQliving loyalty program, you will collection points for online orders.
    2. To ensure you collect your points, make sure the information we have on your file in-store is the same as what you use for the online purchase. That includes phone number, email and name. If you're not sure what the information is, just ask us ahead of time!
    3. There is no way to directly redeem points for online purchases. However, we can redeem points on your online purchase after the purchase is made.
    4. If you would like to use points on your order, contact us ahead of the purchase, indicate the points value you would like to redeem, and we will issue a refund after the purchase.

     

    Full Refunds & Returns Until January 8

    1. Refunds and returns can be done. We will process returns or exchanges at the front door/curbside. Please indicate ahead of time if you would like to exchange something so we can have the item ready for you upon arrival.
    2. Customers will have until January 8, 2021 to return or exchange items thanks to our Holiday Returns policy. Our Holiday Returns policy date may be extended should we face a prolonged store closure period.
    3. Remember...items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are used, have damaged or are missing packaging, or are deemed Sale/Final Sale items!

     

    SodaStream Exchanges - Available

    1. We are doing SodaStream exchanges. Simply order it online and make an exchange when you pick it up.
    2. Can't make it in? Choose to have it delivered to you with Mile1 and exchange it with the delivery person.
    3. We still have a limit of 1 canister per customer, as per SodaStream's policy. However, we still encourage customers to bring back all their empties at one time and we will put a credit on your store file.

     

    Gift Cards & Credit Notes

    1. Physical gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases and digital gift cards can only be used for online purchases.
    2. How To Use Physical Gift Card For Online Purchases: Place your order in full online. Email us a picture of the back of the gift card (showing the digit code) to customercare@iqliving.com. We will issue a refund to you immediately based on the value amount of the gift card. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us and we will answer any questions you have!
    3. If you have a credit note on file, please get in touch with us before hand and we will take care of the rest.

     

    Special Orders - If We Can, We Will

    1. Special orders are available. Please email or call us and we will see if it's possible to get the item in.
    2. If it is an item that we can special order, we cannot guarantee that the item will arrive during the holiday season.

     

    Moss & iQliving Orders - Deliver Them Together

    1. If you bought something from Moss and us, just let us know and we can arrange to have your orders from both stores delivered at once.
    2. If you were charged for shipping from both stores, let us know and we will take care of that for you.
