The combination of fresh ingredients like tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, and spinach with any style of short pasta will create a flavourful and rich addition to your spread. Whether you choose to make this as a wonderful side dish or hearty main course, this recipe is tremendously accessible. Every ingredient can be easily found at any local grocery store or market, while the recipe itself allows enough room for you to get inventive and add your own unique touch without compromising any of the taste.

Get ready to conquer the summer heat with our Greek Pasta Salad!


Ingredients You'll Need:
  • Your favourite pasta noodles
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 25-30 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3-4 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1/2 large red onion, finely sliced and marinated in red wine vinegar
  • Glug of good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • Splash of red wine vinegar
  • Chili pepper flakes
  • S&P
  • Fresh oregano to garnish


How To:
  1. Saute onion and garlic in a large pan
  2. Add halved tomatoes and cook until beginning to break down
  3. Add cooked pasta directly from the cooking water (the pasta water helps to create a nice sauce!)
  4. Toss in spinach stirring until it begins to wilt
  5. Add feta, olives and drained marinaded red onion
  6. Finish with a good glug of EVO, a splash of red wine vinegar and liberal amounts of fresh ground pepper and chili pepper flakes
  7. Garnish with fresh oregano.
